The 36V MultiVolt Cordless Brushless 4-1/2" Variable Speed Slide Switch Angle Grinder - model G3612DVEQ6 offers exceptional performance and flexibility. Corded power with the flexibility to be powered by a MultiVolt battery or MultiVolt AC adapter. The Slide switch with lock on is ideal for continuous operation applications. With six speed settings plus auto mode, this is the tool you need whether you are polishing/finishing, removing paint, rust, burrs, grinding or rough grinding. The robust brushless motor delivers a no load speed of 3,200 to 10,000 RPM which allows for a wide variety of tasks. The brushless motor is ultra efficient, extending product life and eliminating maintenance of armatures or carbon brushes. Provided safety features are drop shutoff, brake, kickback protection, zero voltage restart, soft start and overload protection. A tool-less wheel guard and 3 position anti-vibration side handle provide the user increased operational efficiency and comfort. A removable dust filter offers additional protection for the motor against dust and debris and ensures that the tool is operating effectively. This 36V MultiVolt Cordless Brushless 4-1/2” Variable Speed Slide Switch Grinder is part of the expanding MultiVolt system of power tools from Metabo HPT. It accepts any MultiVolt battery for extreme power and runtime and can also accept the unique AC Adapter (ET36A) to plug in for all day runtime, offering ultimate versatility and power on the GO.
